This is for all of you who would like to become authors or at least write in English.

Are you tired of learning a language the same old way; reading books, listening to music, watching films, chatting, and going to a class? So am I!

Have you ever thought about writing a blog in either or native language or a foreign language like English? Have you ever written a poem or story in a language? I have thought and done!

The magical question, who would like to write a novel?

In the month of November there is this writing competition, NaNoWriMo, which gathers people to write a novel, which is a book of no less than 50,000 words. NaNoWriMo simply means National November Writing Month and here is the site http://nanowrimo.org/. The idea is quite simply; in the month of November, from the first till the end, write a book with no less than 50,000 words. That is roughly 1500 words per day which really isn’t too difficult.
Does anybody want to join me on this adventure? I will help you as much as I can via the forum or the LSC facebook page or even through the LSC twitter account. Maybe we can even meet as a group of writers to discuss our ideas and help each other along.

Now, my dear students, readers, teachers, colleagues, friends, learners, bosses, coordinators, and anyone else interested, let’s prepare for NaNoWriMo. October will be a month of gathering people, ideas, and courage. Then in November we will embark on our journey and write novels.

P.S. I wrote a novel last year. The website offered some companies that would have liked to publish it but I have not published it yet. Maybe, just maybe you can become a famous novel though this experience.
